Looking at a picture on the internet gives you a good idea of what a pot looks like, but you can't feel its weight, texture or thickness. Be sure to check the size so you're not surprised if a piece is larger or smaller than expected. If you purchase a pot and it doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it for a refund or exchange.
Our Return Policy
We prefer returns to be made within 30 days of your purchase. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please pack item in its original wrapping and box so as to protect it from breakage. Include a copy of your order so we can refund you the correct amount.
Shipping & Handling
Your order should arrive at your door within 5-10 days depending on the distance it must travel. We ship via ground Parcel Post (United States Postal Service).
